It manages the goods customers bring back, estimated to cost retailers £500 million every year. Based on our in-house track and trace system COMET, BACTRAC is specifically modified for each retailer and configured to the products they sell.

BACTRAC decides the most cost-effective way to deal with returned goods - either reselling in store, sending back to the supplier, dismantling for parts, reselling to secondary markets and auctioneers or scrapping.
