We offer a number of high-quality food processing, packing and freezing services on the east coast of England at sites equipped with a skilled workforce and the latest technology to make sure customer's food is kept in optimum condition.

Easton Ancillary Repack
The Easton Ancillary Repack centre near Grantham in Lincolnshire is a temperature controlled environment for a variety of ?out of line? packing operations for frozen food products.

Our automated frozen vegetable processing and packing facility is fully ISO9001-2000 and higher level EFSIS accredited as well as working to full HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) standards.

Out of line services we offer at Easton include:

  • Flow wrapping shrink wrapping
  • Promotional pack collation ? same SKUarious SKUs
  • Pallet reworking and maintenance ? restacking, inverting, wrapping
  • Hand packing ? cartons and sleeves
  • Promotional stickering
  • Re-casing
  • Re-labelling
  • Date coding
  • Promotional pack inserts
  • Inspection work.

Humberside
Located conveniently close to ports on the east coast are our sites at Hull, Grimsby and North Thoresby which offer a total of 54,500 pallet spaces of racked and bulk multi-temperature storage.

All sites are higher level BRC accredited and offer a variety of facilities including

  • Vegetable processing, freezing and mixing
  • Optical sorting and packing
  • Bespoke product freezing
  • 10-25 kg box and sack filling
  • Promotional pack collation

Lowestoft
Situated on the Oulton Industrial Estate near the docks, the site houses 47,000 pallet spaces of racked and bulk multi-temperature storage.

Facilities include:

  • Processing, freezing, mixing and repacking for vegetables, rice, pasta, pulses, fish and meat
  • Meat inspection, tempering, packing and labeling
  • Bonding facilities
