Christian Salvesen offers specialist distribution services to Tyre manufacturers.

Tyres are a complex item to distribute effectively. There are many different types and grades, all of which look similar. They do not stack easily and are sometimes not the easiest item to handle!

In the Summer of 2006, Christian Salvesen won contracts with both Goodyear Dunlop and Continental to distribute tyres throughout the United Kingdom. We also work for Michelin in France and other tyre manufacturers.

Many of Goodyear Dunlop's customers are the same as Continental's. Christian Salvesen took over the lease of the Tyrefort warehouse in Birmingham and now operate the distribution of both companies tyres from there.

In this, and many other sectors, Christian Salvesen is working together with our customers to bring the benefits of reduced costs and improved service to the consumer.
